Payments, returns & shipping
Your order will be processed when your payment clears.
All payments must be made via PayPal, if you do not have a PayPal account you can pay by using credit or debit cards through PayPal.
We accept returns of quilts in their original condition within 14 days from the date you receive your purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition and its original packaging, otherwise a refund cannot be given. No refund will be issued if the item is returned damaged or not received back. Please also ensure safe transit by wrapping it in the original delivery box or one of equivalent quality.
The quilts are made and stored in a pet and smoke free environment before dispatch, items cannot be returned if they have been in contact with a smoking and/or pet environment, due to smells and hairs getting on the fabric.
Within 30 days, after we have received and inspected the returned item, we will make a full price refund (if applicable) to your PayPal account. Keep in mind that you will be responsible for the return postage costs of items you wish to send back to us.
Any personalised or bespoke orders cannot be returned and will not be refunded.
Items will be dispatched on receipt of cleared funds and I aim to send items within 5-7 working days if a personalised label has been requested. If you require special delivery or courier, please let me know and I will confirm the additional charges.
Delayed and Lost Post
If an item is delayed or lost in the post, please let me know. If the item does not arrive within a few days of the estimated delivery and is considered to be lost by Royal Mail or the designated courier, I will refund you the cost of the item, if you requested signed for or special delivery, but not the postage unless I am able to make a successful claim for these, in which case you will be fully reimbursed.
